1 Name the four parts - 2 min Reread the four cited scenes and identify flower, fruit, chipmunk, and snake. 2 Build the sequence - 5 min Arrange the four cards in the order presented in the book.
Reread to check every placement. 3 Explain the structure - 3 min Students state the sequence and explain how the repeated causal structure helps the reader know which part follows another.
